The LINE-Integrated CRM project aims to revolutionize customer engagement and strategic marketing for clinics. By integrating the popular LINE mobile application in Japan with an advanced CRM system, this project empowers clinics to establish stronger connections, communicate effectively, and gain deeper insights into their clients’ needs.

The Problem

Clinics often face challenges in maintaining consistent communication and engagement with their patients. Traditional CRM systems lack integration with modern communication platforms, such as LINE, which is widely used in Japan. This results in fragmented communication, reduced client satisfaction, and inefficient marketing strategies. This client needed a solution that would leverage the familiarity and reach of the LINE platform to enhance patient engagement while streamlining their marketing efforts.

What We Achieved

Our team successfully developed both the front-end and back-end components for the LINE-Integrated CRM project. The solution integrates the LINE messaging and login features directly with the CRM system, enabling clinics to communicate seamlessly with their patients/prospect patients through a channel they are already familiar with. This comprehensive solution has transformed customer engagement and strategic marketing efforts for clinics by providing a unified platform for managing patient relationships, improving response times, and personalizing communication strategies like targeted ads, remarketing, etc. The result has been enhanced client satisfaction and a more efficient marketing workflow.
